Order before 2 pm EST, and your orders are shipped same day.
Please email our Customer Services Team at email@example.com with your order number, contact information and reason for return or exchange.
Upon authorization of your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided by Customer Services.
Please return your item to us by recorded delivery (you can do this at your local post office or postal center). Please keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.
We’ll be in touch within 4-5 working days of receipt of your package with your refund, replacement or exchange details.
Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check them and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.
Please note that we can’t refund delivery/ shipping charges.
In addition to our Return policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order within three working days from receipt. To do so, you cany send us a notice of cancellation in writing. If you have already received your package, you can return it unopened. Opened packages will not be accepted as a cancellation. You can request a cancellation for items that are delivered to a third party or as a gift, if the same conditions are met.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
